The Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Awards have been recognizing Honorees annually since inception in 2010 by Craig Hatkoff along with disruptive innovation founding father Clayton Christensen. Each year we recognize leading innovators not only in the technology and industrial sectors but also in the non-traditional areas that are desperately in need of innovation to help solve intractable problems. Honorees span a wide array of areas include the arts, education, storytelling, healthcare, de-polarization, economics, civic engagement, religion and spirituality as well as moral and ethical development. Our selection of honorees is diverse; what all have in common is that they are creating new business models and disrupting the status quo.
Below is our collection of Honorees organized by year– over 100 accomplished and promising innovators, applying trans-disciplinary approaches in their work and daily lives to further the study and application of disruptive innovation.
