Alicianne is the Executive Director of Global Content Marketing for the Estée Lauder Companies. In her role, Alicianne works with the global brands, functions, regions, and affiliates to enable the creation of digital and social consumer-centric content to drive sales, maintain top-of-mind brand awareness, and build consumer loyalty. In addition, she collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and operationalize processes for data-driven content creation as well as the distribution of content across the entire consumer experience, including digital, social, e-commerce, mobile and retail.
Prior to Estée Lauder, Alicianne was the Vice President of Marketing at NewsCred, the leading enterprise content marketing platform. As one of the first five employees of the company, she was responsible for increasing the company’s revenue by 30X through scalable marketing strategies across 20+ channels. During her five year tenure at NewsCred, Alicianne built the industry’s largest content marketing community and defined the standard for content best practices, including budgets, global content calendars, operations, and ROI. She also worked closely with customers, designing content marketing strategies for Fortune 1000 brands (i.e. Pepsi, Microsoft, Diageo, Verizon, Visa, etc) and specializing in rollouts for complex global organizations across multiple product lines, business units, and markets.
Before joining NewsCred, Alicianne was at Wolff Olins, the brand strategy and innovation firm, for more than four years in both New York and Dubai. In this role, she led international, multi-disciplinary teams to develop the global brand strategy, brand identity, and communications strategy for AOL, NBC Universal, Current TV, The Smithsonian, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Bloomingdale’s and others.
